These terms govern your use of cosmicbeauty.ca and the services provided at Cosmic Beauty Spa & Studio in Kelowna and Kamloops, British Columbia. By booking an appointment or using this website you agree to the terms below.
Bookings & deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure select appointments. The deposit is credited toward your final service total on the day of your visit and is displayed on the booking screen before you confirm.
Cancellation policy
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late may forfeit the deposit and be charged up to 50% of the booked service. This lets us offer the time to another guest.
Health & consent
Certain services require an intake form and, where relevant, a patch test or consultation. You are responsible for disclosing medical conditions, medications, allergies, or pregnancy that may affect a treatment. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service in the interest of your safety.
Pricing
Prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change. Prices displayed at the time of booking are the prices honoured for that appointment. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemable for services and retail at the issuing location. They are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not expire.
Retail returns
Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. Opened products can’t be returned for hygiene reasons; if you’ve had a reaction, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
