Cosmic Beauty Spa & Studio is committed to making both our website and our studios welcoming and usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. On our website
We aim to provide keyboard navigation for all interactive elements, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive alt text on meaningful images, proper heading structure, visible focus indicators, and forms that work with screen readers. We test regularly with keyboard-only navigation and modern screen readers such as VoiceOver and NVDA.
In our studios
Our Kelowna and Kamloops locations offer step-free entry, accessible parking nearby, and treatment rooms designed to accommodate mobility aids. If you need help planning a visit — for example a quieter time slot, a specific room, or assistance from staff — please let us know when you book and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Known limitations
Some third-party embeds (booking scheduler, map, payment forms) are outside our direct control. We work with those vendors to raise the bar and offer alternatives where possible — for example, you can always call either studio to book by phone if a form isn’t working for you.
