Common Questions

Do I need to book at a specific location?
Choose Kelowna or Kamloops when you book. Both studios offer the full core menu; a few specialty treatments are Kelowna-only and are labelled as such.
Which massage should I choose?
If it's your first visit, start with Swedish (60 min). For chronic tension pick Deep Tissue. For stress, sleep or mood — Aromatherapy or Earthstone. Not sure? Ask when booking.
Can I add extras to my massage?
Yes — add-ons like Dry Brush, Face Massage, Full Back Scrub, Hot Stone Back or an Eminence face ritual layer onto any full-body massage. Add them at booking.
What should I do before my session?
Arrive 5–10 min early, drink water, and let your therapist know about injuries, allergies, or preferred pressure. Pregnancy and post-surgery: mention when booking.
